New Art for the New Year! With 2012 here I've been really busy creating new art! My MINIMALIST MANIFESTO was my first complete envirenmental installation
at 510 W Davis in Dallas and the response has been humbling to say the least! With pieces ranging from 36 x 36 to 36 x 144
the work also include ink on paper, sculpture, video and spoken word. I will be posting it just as soon as I can.
To all of my patrons and friends I can't thank you enoug for your response to my most personal works!

Get Jazzed!As my friends know I've been in the Jazz world most of my professional life...some of the artists are close freinds and
the music has been a soundtrack to my career as a journalist and TV/Radio host. I've inlcuded a link on the site
here to Jazz Music Network inside Facebook which I had the priveledge of creating along with the team at CMN. I programmed
all the songs in all the channels and hosted all of the long form artist interviews. I encourage you to click the link and

Well it's been weeks since I added to my blog here so for that I APOLOGIZE! It's been a crazy few weeks with a trip to
Berlin and now my upcoming Jazz concert series here in Dallas. I will have much more art here soon so please come back for
another visit...I'm working on a series of lamps inspired by my ol' buddy Larry and so there is yet another facet of creativity
here that I am diving into head first. I've also completed a series of primitive art masks featuring images from the Zulu
crewe in New Orleans commemorating 5 years of Katrina recovery. They are part of an installation here at my home and have
been really well recieved. Superstar artist Jay Miller stopped by the studio and was very encouraging and thinks I'll be "incredibly
successful" with my artistic endeavors...he's been a friend and inspriration for many years. I'll get to
pricing these pieces soon too so again thanks for your patience! Much love to you and may your day bring you joy and peace...focus

Day one of the new galleryIt's been a labor of love to launch my new gallery site. First one must have ART right? Well I've been working on that
in a very focussed way and I think the results are, for the most part, more than I would have expected. I'm a Virgo so I'm
a perfectionist...need I say more. Art like life is NEVER PERFECT and so as I continue to learn and grow my styles and tendencies
will become more and more transparent. All I can offer is a deeply sincere THANK YOU for your visit and hope that you enjoy
your time here. There will be lots to come but I had to get this up and running so it's a little rough. This site, just like
my art, will improve with time! Much love and respect to you.
